primal peaches and cream breakfast bowl

Ingredients
1/2 c milk/milk substitute (coconut, almond, etc)1/2 c peachesa few slices of banana*raw coconut flakes (optional; adjust to liking)2 T ground flax1/2 t vanilla extract1/4-1/2 c nutstiny pinch of sea salt (optional)*i have pre-sliced frozen bananas so I just used a couple of those to sweeten. you can use a whole banana if convenient or leave it out
Directions
heat up milk slowly until steaming. stir in remaining ingredients and serve in a bowl.
