Orange Puree

Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato3 medium carrots
Directions
makes 2 cups
1/2 per serving

Peel and clean sweet potato and carrots. Put in large pot and cover with cool water. Boil for 20 minutes or until soft. Put into food processor with 1-2 tablespoons of water. (I use whatis in the pot) and puree until smooth.
*Be cure carrots are super soft or will leave tell tale chunks.. sneaky chef no-no..
