Easy vegetable stir-fry w/peanuts

Ingredients
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil4 tbsp minced garlic14oz bag frozen broccoli florets1 bell pepper any color, sliced2 medium yellow onions, sliced1 large head cabbage, cut into short strips2 8oz cans sliced water chestnuts, drained1 13.25oz can mushroom stems & pieces, drained1 cup dry roasted peanuts (I use Emerald w/sea salt)3/4 cup Kikkoman preservative free stir-fry saucefresh ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat oil, garlic, and stir-fry sauce in wok. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium-high heat, mixing occasionally for about 15 minutes or until vegetables have softened. Increase heat to high and cook, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes or until desired color is achieved. Cooking time varies based on wok and/or stove used so times are approximate.
