1 cup smashed banana1 cup reduced fat sour cream1/4 cup Butter1 cup brown sugar1/4 cup splenda blend sugar2 eggs 2 cups whole wheat & All purpose flour Blend1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp all spice1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp Vanilla
pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
bake at 400 degrees for 7min. then turn oven down to 350
and bake for 60 more min.
sift all dry ingredients in a separate bowl,
cream sugars, 2 eggs, butter
blend bananas and sour cream in a separate bowl
add the bananas and sour cream to the sugar, butter and eggs,
then add dry.
