1 cup canned pumpkin1 lb silken tofu, lite2/3 cup maple syrup1/2 tsp salt3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on low/high until smooth and creamy. Place in fridge until it firms up.
