not much food for the calories. Ditch the butter, oil and bread and add another egg and more spinach. - 4/6/12

not bad for a quick meal... but I'm a bit picky and didn't really like the texture of the cooked spinach. It was quite good otherwise :) - 3/27/10

Sounds great but what's up with the nutritional info??? 1,124 calories for ONE serving??? I may be crazy but something doesn't seem right here! - 12/18/07

This exceeded my expectations. I cooked the spinach and egg separately and skipped the olive oil. Very good. - 8/26/07

I used horseradish dijon instead of butter and no olive oil. That saves two points so you could have another egg instead. - 7/17/07
