Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
White Rice, short grain, 3 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cook rice; set aside.
Dice celery and onion. Cut chicken breast into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Stir fry chicken and remove. Stir fry celery and onions. Add in chicken. Stir in rice and saute. Make a hole in the center of the rice, and scramble the egg on the bare pan. Once scrambled, stir into rice. Season with soy sauce and serve.
