3 Cups sugar3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter 5 oz (1 small can) evaporated milk12 oz package of semi sweet chocolate morsals (Nestle's toll house - use any other flavor) 6.5 oz jar of Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Cream1 cup chopped pecans1 tsp. vanilla
Line 9x11 glass pan with foil or butter bottom of pan. In large heavy pan - add sugar, butter, evaporated milk. Cook on med. heat and bring to boil stiring constant until candy termometer reaches 234 degrees (about 5 mins. after full boil starts.) Remove from heat.
Add marshmallow cream, stir until melted; add morsals; stir until melted and blended well. Sirl in nuts and vanilla, mix well.
Pour immediately into prepared pan, spread to form even layer in pan. Let stand at room temperature 4 hours or until completely cooled. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperture.
Makes about 3 lbs. - 40 servings =2 squares per serving.
