low fat corn muffins

Ingredients
1 cup corn meal1 c whole wheat pastry flour4 tbs milled flax seed1 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda.5 tsp salt1 cup cream style canned corn3/4 cup low fat plain soy milk1/2 cup egg beaters or egg white
Directions
mix dry ingredients, add wet, blend well, I add 1 tbs slenda,
spoon into muffin pan (sprayed with non stick cooking spray) bake at 400 for 15 min (until golden and toothpick comes clean)
