Cuban White Rice

Ingredients
1 cup White Rice, long grain2 Cloves Garlic2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tbsp Garlic salt, McCormic2 cups Water
Directions
Add all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat and cover.
As soon as it starts to boil, lower heat to simmer.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes until rice has absorbed all liquid. Fluff with fork and keep covered until ready to serve.
