6 large eggs3 Tablespoons Miracle Whip1 Teaspoon Dijon MustardCayenne PepperOnion powderGarlic powder
Place eggs in a saucepan. Cover with cold water to one inch above the eggs. Place on stove on high heat. Bring to a rolling boil. Turn off heat. Place a lid on the pan and remove from heat. Keep the lid on for 12 minutes. Take the lid off after 12 minutes and drain off the hot water. Place pan in sink and allow cold water to run over the eggs until cool.
Shell the eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks into a small bowl and smash them until no lumps. Add 3 tablespoons of Miracle Whip salad dressing and 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard. Add a dash of onion powder and a dash of garlic powder. Stir to mix thoroughly. Spoon the yolk mixture into the white halves. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper or herbal mixture of your choice. Yummy.
