Low Calorie Yummy Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs (WHITES ONLY)- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs (Whole Eggs)- 2-3 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Relish- 4-5 Tbsp. Spicy Brown Mustard- 2 Tbsp. Wishbone Light Ranch Dressing- Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Pepper to taste
Directions
Hard Boil Eggs
- Cover eggs with cold water in a saucepan. Cook on high heat until rapidly boiling. Continue cooking 2 minutes. Turn burner off, cover saucepan, and let the eggs cook in hot water for 10-15 minutes. To cool, place in ice water. When cool enough to handle, peel eggs. Separate yolks from 4 eggs. Chop eggs to desired size, and put them back in the saucepan. Mix together with all other ingredients. Great for sandwiches!
