Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 -lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast1 -TBSP Olive Oil1- Medium Onion, Chopped1- Green Bell Pepper, Chopped3- Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped1.5-TBSP Chili Powder2.5- Cups Swanson Low Sodium Chicken Broth1-28oz Can Diced Tomatoes1-Can Red Kidney Beans, Drained*A few dashes of hot sauce or crushed red pepper (if desired).
Directions
1. Heat 1 TBSP Olive Oil in large pot; Add onion, and green pepper and sautee 3 minutes. Add garlic and sautee another minute.
2. Add ground turkey breast and season with chili powder*. Cook until browned.
3. Add chicken broth, tomatoes with juice and drained kidney beans. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 45 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.

*We like a little heat, so I also add a few dashes of hot sauce or crushed red pepper flakes. You may also want to adjust for your particular salt preference.
