Sarah's Crock Pot Lasagne

Ingredients
1.4 pounds lean ground beef, browned and crumbled2.5 cups tomato/marinara sauce (~80 calories/serving)15 oz tub low-fat ricotta3 egg whites2.65 oz grated Parmesan5 oz 2% mozzarella cheese8-10 lasagne sheetssalt, pepper and Italian seasoning to taste1. mix the ricotta, egg whites and 1/2 the parm in a bowl. season with italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.2. pour a small amount of sauce in the bottom of your slow cooker. cover with a single layer of lasagne noodles, breaking them to fit.3. next add 1/3 of the ground beef, 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, 1/4 the mozzarella and 1/4 the remaining parm in evenly distributed layers.4. Make 2 more layers of steps 2 & 3.5. top the 3rd layer with noodles and remaining cheese. sprinkle with italian seasoning to taste.6. Cook on low for 3.5-4 hoursnote: recipe can be made through step 5 ahead of time, but may require a slightly longer cooking time
