One Hour Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
1 T. yeast (1 package)1 cup warm water0.125 cup granulated sugar1 tsp salt2 cups whole wheat flour
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water, let stand for 10 minutes, or until bubbly. Stir in sugar, salt, and flour, mix well. Spoon into well-greased loaf pan and lightly oil tops of loaves. Let rise until loaves reach top of pan. Bake in 400F oven for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes; finish cooling on wire racks.
