Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Ingredients
1C whole wheat flour2 tsp. baking powder1 Tbs brown sugar1/2C pumpkin puree1C milk (I used almond milk you could use whatever you want)1 egg (you might be able to sub this out to make it vegan)1 tsp. vanilla2 tsp veggie oil1/2 to 1tsp of pumpkin pie spice (or your fave spice blend)1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix the wet ingredients together. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Put the two together and stir until blended but it's okay to have some lumps

Serving Size: made 10 but could easily have made 12 pancakes about 2 to 3 inches in diameter
