Gluten Free Mega Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
6 TBS Butter1 cup Ghiradelli Bittersweet 60% Chocolate chips (half a bag)3/4 Cup Brown Sugar1/4 cup Organic Raw Cacao Nibs2 Eggs1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Sorghum Flour1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Line an 8x6 pyrex baking dish with parchment paper, enough to hang over the edges and make it easy to lift the brownies out.

Melt the butter and chocolate together over a low heat. Don't use a microwave they are EVIL and take away all your nutrients!
add brown sugar to melted mixture and blend well, add nibs, crushing some with your mixing spoon. Hand mix well make sure it's well blended.. gently stir up the eggs and add to the chocolate mixed, now add the vanilla blend more.
In a separate small bowl sifft together all the remaining dry ingredients and then add to the chocolate mixture.

Hand beat for several minutes until nice and blended.
pour into pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until inserted knife comes out relatively clean, do not over bake.

Remove from oven and hold the parchment handles to pull the brownie batch out of the pan. Cool for 10 minutes on a cooling rack.

Cut into 12 equal 2" squares.

Best served with vanilla ice cream on top!
