Chocolate Cherry Tapioca pie

Ingredients
Minute tapiocaAlmond Milk1 tsp Almond Flavoring2 Eggs separately & well beaten1 Can Cherries & juice2 T CocoStevia in powder formGraham Cracker Crust
Directions
Make first batch of tapioca with cherry juice & cherries, ( 3/4 C of almond milk & 3/4 C of juice), 1 egg well beaten, & cook as directed, adding almond flavoring & stevia to taste after removing from heat.
Make the second batch with 2 T Coco added to the milk mixture, 1 egg well beaten, stevia to taste, cook as directed.
If thickened well, pour the first batch into graham crust. Cook second & if thickened after cools, pour second over the top of first layer. Top with Cool Whip topping if desired, or sprinkle stevia over the top & enjoy!
~ (Just in case tapioca is not thickened, just add more tapioca & cook again till comes to a boil to thicken.)
