pumpkin maple spice blondies

Ingredients
can pumpkin 1/2 c1/2 c of soy milk1 and 1/2 c of rice flour1/4 c maple syrup1/4 c brown sugar1 tbs flax 1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ea nutmeg and allspice
Directions
mix all liquid ingredients together

mix flax seeds with a tbs of water to make a "flax egg"

Mix dry ingredients in with all the dry and the flax eggs. Place in greased baking pan. bake at 365 for 20-30 min
