3 eggs3/4 c brown sugar1/3 c oil1/3 c applesauce15 oz. canned pumpkin2 tsp vanilla2 c GF flour blend (brown rice, corn starch, tapioca flour)1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp allspice1/2 tsp salt
Directions
combine wet ingredients
wisk together dry ingredients
combine all ingredients
bake 350 degrees for about 12-18 min or until toothpick comes out clean
