1 1/8 c sorghum flour1 c cornstarch1 c + 1 tbsp tapioca flour3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum1 1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp cream of tartar3 tbsp molasses (can also use agave, honey or brown sug)2 1/4 tsp yeast3 tbsp EVOO3 eggs1 1/8 c water
Directions
combine wet
wisk together dry
put wet into bread machine
put dry on top of wet
set machine for GF cycle
turn on
