Slowcooker Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients
* 2 large chicken breasts, chopped * Ginger Root, about 1 inch finely chopped or grated * Garlic, 3 cloves, finely chopped * Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 large * Dole Pineapple Chunks - one small can * Bell Peppers, all colours chopped approx 3 cups worth * Cornstarch, 1 T
Directions
Place everything into slowcooker and cook for around 6-7 hours on low.

Serve with brown rice.
