Halibut - baked with parmesan

Ingredients
1 lb Halibut1 tbs light mayonnaise1 tbs Dijon1 tps Worcestershire sauce2 tbs yellow onion, minced1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix ingredients except cheese together and place on fish

Sprinkle with parmesan

Bake on upper third rack of oven for 25-30 minutes
