Cinnamon Roll Cookies

3 1/2 cups Flour1/3 cup Sugar1/2 tsp. Salt2 tsp. Baking Powder2 sticks Margarine1/2 cup chilled waterFilling:CinnamonSugar*Chopped Pecan Pieces(optional)
Mix all dry ingredients and margarine with your hands until crumbly. Add the 1/2 cup chilled water a little at a time until you get a soft dough. cut dough into 2 balls then roll out each ball into a flat rectangular shape. Spread melted margarine over the top of the dough, then sprinkle with the Cinnamon-Sugar mixture and add the chopped nuts if you are using them. Start at one end and roll the dough into a tube then slice the tube into 3/4 to 1/2" slices. Bake at 350 for 17 minutes. Usually makes about 60 cookies.
