6 Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon StripsNon-Stick Cooking Spray1 cup Pictsweet Frozen Chopped Onion1 cup Pictsweet Frozen Green Peppers2 cups Egg Beaters Whites4 large Eggland's Best Eggs1 cup Organic Valley Fat Free Milk4 cups Ore-Ida Country Style Shredded Hash Browns (thawed)1 cup Weyauwega Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese3/4 tsp Sea Salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Preheat conventional oven to 350 F. Cook Bacon strips in microwave until crisp. Saute Onions & Green Peppers in small skillet until tender. Drain. In large bowl, whisk Eggs, Egg Beaters, Milk, Salt, & Black Pepper. Stir in Hash Browns, Cheese, Onion & Peppers mixture, & Bacon. Pour into 13" x 9" pan well coated with Non-Stick Cooking Spray. Bake (uncovered) in 350 F oven for 30 - 35 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 8 servings & serve. (Also re-heats in microwave well.)
