Apple Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flower2 cups sugar1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt2 eggs1 cup canned pumpkin1/4 cup veg. oil1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 cups finely chopped peeled apples
Directions
1) In a bowl combine dry ingredients
2) In a large mixer bowl combine eggs, pumpkin, oil, and applesauce.
3) Stir in dry ingredients until moistened.
4) fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full
5) bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
