Cheese tortellini soup with kale

Ingredients
7 cups vegetable broth2 cans diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning1 package dry cheese tortellini pasta1 Tbs chopped garlic1 cup chopped carrots4 cups chopped kale1 medium white onion, chopped1 1/2 red or green bell peppers, chopped1 tsp dried rosemary
Directions
Put all ingredients except pasta and kale into a large soup pot and bring to a boil.
Add pasta and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Add kale and cook for 5-10 minutes, until it reaches the tenderness you desire.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5 cup servings.
