Health Nut Whole Wheat Chocolate Chips Cookies

1 cup white sugar1 cup brown sugar3/4 cup applesauce1 1/5 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup wheat germ1 1/2 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup mashed banana1 cup chocolate chips
Cream the applesauce with the white and brown sugar in a big bowl. Mix in the vanilla.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, wheat germ, and baking soda.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture.
Mix in the mashed banana.
Add the chocolate chips (as many as you'd like!)
Bake at 375 for about 8 minutes.
Makes 36 servings of cakelike cookies.
You can reduce the sugar to 3/4 cup of both white and brown sugar if you please.
