Perfect Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
1 Light English Muffin1/4 Cup Shredded Fat-Free Mozzarella Cheese8 Pieces (about 1/2 ounce) Turkey Pepperoni2 Tablespoons Canned Tomato Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season tomato sauce to taste with salt, pepper or any other spice you would like. Split english muffin in half and spread sauce on both halves. Evenly sprinkle cheese over the 2 halves and then top with pepperoni. Place muffin halves on a baking pan and place in the oven. Cook for about 12 minutes.
