Ingredients
3.5 ozs or 100 g raw Chicken Breast, no skin1/2 tsp Sage, ground1/2 tsp grated Ginger Root1/8 tsp grated Garlic1/3 tsp Salt2 tsp Benefiber (optional: adds fiber and calories)1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste, optional; adds heat)1/4 cup ice Water
Directions
Mix salt, Benefiber, and sage. Add fresh ginger and garlic. In a food processor with a chopping blade attachment, add the spice mixture to the raw chicken. Slowly add the water as you pulse to mix and chop the mixture.
