1 cup creamy peanutbutter1 cup sugar1 egg1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
beat egg and vanilla extract together. Add sugar and mix until creamy. Add peanutbutter and cream together until well combined. Roll into tsp size balls and flatten in a criss cross pattern with a wet fork. Bake at 325 for about 12-18 min depending on your oven or until a light golden brown. Allow to cool a few min on cookie sheet before moving to a wire cooling rack.
Makes 3 dozen (36) cookies.
