Best Low-fat Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp butter, melted 1 egg white 2 tbsp apple sauce 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix wet ingredients together, add dry and mix. If too crumbly looking add a drop or two of water (usually not needed).
Drop by level TBSful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Let sit a few minutes on the pan after taking out of the oven.
