Ingredients
1/4 cup each brown basmati rice, wild rice blend, quinoa, brown lentils, whole wheat orzo, and barley.3 cups water1 large onion, chopped1 tbs olive oilDash of salt, herbs and spices to taste
Directions
Cook as you would rice. I toss it all in the rice cooker and walk away.
