2 1/2 cups baby carrots1/2 red onion wedged1 sweet potato sliced into wedges3 Tbl Olive oilsalt, to tastepepper to tastegarlic powder to taste
Directions
combine all ingredients and roast in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes turning once
