3/4 CUP FLOUR1 CUP SUGAR1 TSP BAKING POWDER1/4 TSP SALT1 CUP DATES, CHOPPED1 CUP PECANS, CHOPPED3 EGGS, LARGE
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
GREASE AND FLOUR A JELLY ROLL PAN AND SET ASIDE.
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL. MIX WELL.
POUR MIXTURE INTO PREPARED PAN.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 - 18 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL COMPLETELY. IF DESIRED YOU MAY WANT TO DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR. CUT INTO 36 PIECES.
