Tishym's Lower than usual carb ravioli

Ingredients
300gms Irwin vally lupin flour6 med eggs curry 1 jar (575gms)leggos calabrese pasta sauce powder and white pepper to taste
Directions
cook ground beef with pepper and curry powder,untill browned then cool, while this is happenning mix flour and eggs till crumbly then lightly flour board then kneed mixture untill its a dough , roll out with pasta machine getting thinner with each pass through, if you dont have a pasta machine feel free to use a rolling pin but it is harder, roll to as thin as possible, 1mm or less, cut into 4 cm by 4cm squares place a tsp of the mince into the centre of one square then put a second square on top and squeeze edges together untill sealed. continue this process untill all the pasta is done then boil water in a large pot and add pasta in batches cooking for 2 minutes each side (turn over pasta ) rest pasta on side untill all are done then empty water from pot add jar of leggos to pot and fill jar up with water shake and add to pot also add all the pasta and gently stir untill sauce is hot and pasta is covered in sauce.If you have any left over beef mix it in with the pasta. Best to serve with a side salad.
