Pork in Chinese way with paprika and tomatoes

Ingredients
pork, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, paprika, curry powder, soy sauce, sugar
Directions
1. Stir-fry the onion in the small amount of olive oil.
2. Add all chopped pepper and stir ītill pepper is tender.
3. Add chopped pork (rid of fat parts) and stir for a while.
4. Add sliced garlic, tomatoes and sugar.
5. Season it with red sweet paprika spice, curry powder and soy sauce.
6. If meat is not tender yet put it in the oven for finishing it.

Serving Size: Makes 4 plates servings.
