boneless chicken W/ mozzarella & red peppers

Ingredients
boneless chicken*mozzarella cheesered pepperslarge sandwich buns
Directions
1. grill boneless chicken
2. slice red peppers long ways in thin strips
3. use cooking spray or a little of virgin olive oil in sauce pan
4. saute sliced red peppers until done
5. while chicken is grilling & you're sauteing the peppers, cut mozzarella cheese long ways so it would fit on a roll or sandwich
6. place chicken onto bun, followed by sliced mozzarella cheese, then top w/ sauted red peppers
* you can season chicken before grilling
