Fresh Apple Cake (revised)

Ingredients

Directions
Mix apples and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs. Add oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients (batter will be stiff) Bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the cake comes away from the side of the pan. Frost with powdered sugar or cream cheese frosting when cooled.
