Bacon, Onion, and Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Dry Lentils 1 Medium Tomato1 cup Baby Spinich1 Medium Onion4 slices Butterball Turkey Bacon1/2 cup Swanson Chicken Stock (Low Sodium)1 cup 1-2% Cottage Cheese
Directions
Add Lentils to warm water for 20 minutes
Chop the onion and bacon and saute with rosemary
Dice the tomato
Drain the Lentils.
Add chicken stock, onions, bacon, and tomato
Add curry and cheyenne pepper to taste
Pour into bowl and place 1 cup cottage cheese on top
