Onion -Papad Curry

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 3large Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)Asafetida,pinchMustard seeds,0.5 tsp Curry leaves,1 sprigWhite Split Gram Beans - Urad Dal, 2 tsp Sambhar Masala ,1 tbspKitchen King Masala,0.5 tbspRed Chilli powder,0.5 tsp Salt to tasteLijjat Papad, 100 gram(s)
Directions
1.Cut the onion lenght wise
2. Heat oil and add pinch of asafetida.Once oil is heated through,add the mustard seeds,curry leaves and urad daal.
3. Once the dal is golden brown,add the sambhar masala and kitchen king masala and add the onions.
4. Add salt and cook the onions till they are done.
5. Once the onions are fully cooked.
6. Roast the papads in microwave for 35 seconds each.
7.Crumble it into small pieces and add in the curry.
8. Mix everything till the papad gets soggy and soft.
9. Serve with rotis.
