MOROCCAN VEGETARIAN STEW

Ingredients
1 talb. olive oil1 medium yellow onion,chopped3 cloves of garlic, minced1 tes. cinnamonbutternut squash-4 cups cubed2 cups vegetable broth2 cups chickpeas, drained2 cups diced tomato,including liquid1 squirt lemon juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil -add onion,garlic,cinnamon. cook until onion are translucent.
Add squash,broth,chickpeas,tomatoes,
simmer for 10 minutes
add lemon juice
remove 1/2 butternut squash and puree in blender(add back to stew)
