Gingerbread Men Cookies

*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 2 cup Butter, unsalted, 0.5 cup Brown Sugar, 0.25 cup, unpacked Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup *Egg white, 2 servingGinger, ground, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tspSalt, 0.125 tsp Baking Soda, 2 tsp *Honey, 0.5 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
1.)Let butter soft. Then cream with sugar until fluffy. Then add egg, vanilla, and honey or use molasses 'cause i didn't have any.
2.) Combine the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Slowly add dry to wet and mix.
3.) When dough is form, separate in two and flat it like a disk. Wrap around in plastic wrap and place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
*If it is time consuming, allow it to sit in fridge for 1 hour then roll out and cut desire shape. But the dough will return to back to room temp as you roll it out flat hence it is hard to cut out shape.
4.) After it is chilled, roll out the dough around 1/4 inch and cut ur cookie shape.
5.) Bake at 400 for 8-10mins. Allow it to chill for 1-2 minutes before moving it.
6.) You could add icing later on to decorate.
Icing: 2 cups of powered sugar, 1-2 tbsp lemon juice and some zest of lemon. This is not include in the nutritional fact. It depends on wat kind of icing you like.
