Ingredients
Whole wheat flour, brown sugar, raisins, egg, black tea, baking powder, and salt.
Directions
Soak raisins in tea (overnight is best). Combine all dry ingredients with tea-soaked raisins. Add egg. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put into baking dish (cake pan, either round or square is best). Bake for 50-60 minutes. Take out when inserted object comes out clean.
