Lisa's Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 ½ Cups of Sugar1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar2 Tablespoons vegetable oil1/2 Cup Apple Sauce3 eggs1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin (15 oz can)1/2 cup water1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla (this wasn’t in the recipe, but I added it)3 cups all-purpose flour1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon ground cloves3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (I added just a little extra)1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon salt3/4 cups raisins
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and water. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, spices and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture; blend well. Fold in raisins and walnuts. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
