Crustless Pumpkins Pie w/ graham cracker crumbs

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) Libby's Pumpkin1 can (12 oz) Carnation Lowfat 2% Evaporated Milk1/4 Egg Beaters Egg Substitute1 whole egg, large1/2 cup Splenda1 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground allspice1/4 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp salt1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (2 full crackers)
Directions
Combine the pumpkin, milk, egg substitute, egg and Splenda in bowl: beat until smooth. Add spices and salt: mix well. Sir in graham cracker crumbs; pour into 9" pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes, until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
