Spiced Banana Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour2 bananas1 large egg1/2 apple, peeled and cored1/4 of an orange's outer peel1/2 tbsp cinnamon1/2 tbsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Blend apple, bananas, egg, and orange peel until liquified. Pour over flour mixture and stir until combined. Spray 8X2X10 baking pan and pour batter into pan. Bake 40 minutes. Let cool one hour before cutting. Serve on its own or with a pat of low fat butter/ low fat peanut butter!
