Barilla lasagna - 11 noodles (half box)Prego Chunky Garden Sauce, ~ 48 oz. (2 jars)Beef, Ground Chuck 80% Lean, Pan Browned, 1 1/2 lbRicotta Cheese, part skim milk, 4 cupsEgg, fresh, 2 largeSargento Classic part-skim mozzarello, 2 cups shredded
Cook noodles according to directions on box
Brown Ground Chuck
Simmer Ground Chuck and Prego Sauce for 10 minutes
Beat eggs and mix in Ricotta Cheese
Spray 13x9 in pan
Layer three times:
Noodles, Sauce/meat mixture, Ricotta mixture, Mozzarello
Bake 45 to 60 min at 350 deg
Let sit 5 minutes before serving
