Oatmeal with dates, apple and nuts

Ingredients
1/2 cup oatmeal1 cup water2 dates1 apple1 oz walnuts or pecans chopped1/2 cup soymilk
Directions
chop apple dates and walnuts and have them ready to add to oatmeal.

Bring water to a boil, add oatmeal and stir. Add apple, dates and walnuts. When it is thickened add 1/2 cup of soy milk and stir.
