Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 cup of raw oats1 tbs pumpkin puree1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk1/4 cup of original soy milk2 dates sliced2 tbs raw unsweetened coconut1 tbs pumpkin seeds1 tbs walnuts, chopped1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Take out and stir then microwave on high for 1 additional minute. Let set 2 minutes and serve.
